Ladies Cooking Class February 7 (6pm)

 

A cooking class with Chef Theodore to learn proper cooking procedures

and other skills, while creating a starter salad and entrée dish from start to finish.

Spring Pea & Arugula Salad w/ Prosciutto

Blackened Group served w/ vegetables & Toasted Orzo Pilaf & Lime Butter Sauce

Of course.....dinner afterwards with the dishes created

Topped w/ a Siracha Chipotle Ailo

Artichoke & Spinach Stuffed Chicken

served w/ Jasmine Rice Pilaf, Asparagus & White Wine Butter Sauce
