Chef Theodore Watt joined the WingHaven staff in the Spring of 2016. He spent 5 years as the Executive Chef & General Manager at The Gardens at Malmaison in St. Albans, Missouri which is known for its excellent food and service standards. Prior to that, Chef Theodore was Executive Sous Chef at St. Louis Country Club for many years working under the famous Chef Paul Kampff. Before his time at St. Louis Country Club, he honed his skills at The Country Club of St. Albans and the University Club in Clayton. During Theodore’s time at St. Albans, he helped the Club reach Platinum Status for the first time in their history. Chef Theodore is an extremely skilled and successful Chef who has brought the WingHaven dining experience to a whole new level.
